There is something to be said for a giant name in the entertainment industry to acknowledge what these hopeful singers are really doing--putting it all on the line in front of celebrity judges and the world and doing it regardless of the outcome. It's one thing to be rejected when no one else is around--it's another to have it done in front of the whole country at the same time.

And that was obvious by the way she paraded her 2-year-old twins around during the auditions.
